Job Description:
Novidea is a fast-growing fintech agency specializing in digital acceleration, renowned for its capability to craft digital products that redefine the conventional ways of operation. Our services are tailored to empower businesses of all sizes with digital acceleration tools, resources, and expertise, enabling the creation of aesthetically pleasing and efficient digital solutions quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning and intuitive interfaces for users of websites and applications.
- Designing material for clients’ digital assets (i.e. User Interactive Flow Screens, Landing Pages, banners, social media posts, newsletters e.t.c.).
- Create top-quality design work and innovative online experiences for a wide range of markets & brands.
- Designing offline marketing material for brands (brochures, banners, stickers e.t.c).
- Gathering and evaluating business & UX requirements, analyzing and presenting proposals by introducing the visual language and key concepts.
- Designing UI environments and components, clarifying and solving user experience and design issues, investigating appropriate solutions and production processes.
- Handover high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Working closely with the Project Managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in the Design Field
- 5+ years Web and Graphic Design experience (nice to have in fintech, e-commerce, technology categories)
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI design principles and best practices
- Strong creative and visual skills that can adapt quickly to the branding of companies and be able to adapt and create content that is on brand and reflects the company’s overall aesthetic.
- Robust experience in using design software ( Photoshop, Illustrator, Affinity Publisher).
- Proficiency in designing interfaces with industry-standard designing tools (e,g. Figma, Sketch).
- Excellent knowledge of responsive design and mobile UI design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development.
- Proven experience in designing responsive web and mobile experiences.
- Demonstrated visual design and interaction design experience (motion design experience is nice to have).
- An online portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English languages.
